We have release v1.38.2 of our community contribution with a fix to the Ertl Scaffold Keys node (Ertl Scaffold Keys – KNIME Community Hub )
In rare cases, selecting the ‘Visualise Keys’ option with this node could cause a segmentation fault - thanks to @Jo1607 for reporting this:
This was due to a bug in the underlying RDKit toolkit (thanks to @ptosco_w for identifying the cause - it will be fixed as part of the next RDKit release, but this patch avoids the problem immediately with this node.
