Version update problem

Hi all
I have being using knime for some year. However I changed company and I can not install knime directly from knime page. It needs to have administrator role, something that I dont have.
So I need to use Company portal to install and it is available version 4.3 there. I tried to update direct from app, however I am having some errors, such as: Some sites could not be found. See the error log for more detail.
Unable to read repository at https://update.knime.com/analytics-platform/4.3/content.xml.
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Also, when application tries to update to version 4.4, I receive a message that I need to download a version from the web page. And this is something that I can not do, as like I said, I don’t have permission to install software in the computer.

Any suggestion/advices on how to proceed?

I install it using Company portal as well and every issue I encounter I try to solve with my IT as they are the ones that configured it and have possibility to change or fix it. For solution on issue you are encountering see here:
