xCellOffset and yCellOffset as Flow Variables in Excel Writer (XLS)

Hey guys I try to set position using xCellOffset and yCellOffset in Excel Writer (XLS) but it is not working. Can you show me how to do this?

Offset can not be defined. There is also ticket to handle it. Have given +1. (Internal reference: AP-7238)
