The Bar Chart node does not currently offer options to customize bar width or label font size via configuration. If you’re looking for advanced customization (bar width, label styles, full layout control, etc.), I will recommend using the Generic ECharts View node, which offers extensive styling capabilities. The Component Layout Editor, which you’d use to place these charts, currently has some issue with clicking the Fisnish button. The KNIME team is actively working on it:

Note: You can use the Text View node to create labeled headers or annotations with your desired font size and styling, this works well when paired with charts inside a component.
To define custom colors for your chart, you can use the Color Manager node.
