Feature request: Last modified date on workflow description view

Hi

Another feature request.

I’d find it useful to know the last modified date as well as creation date of a workflow.

Would it be possible to have this auto generated for the workflow Description view?

Alternatively, is there a better way to check this that looking into the workflow folder in Windows explorer?

I built an example where you could read the XML infos from a KNIME workflow and do something with it. Maybe you could adapt that:

Search a Node in a Knime Workflow by Id (Goto & focus a Node by ID)

A colleague of mine came up with maybe a similar question and we developed some super dirty approach that might give you an idea where to look. Since all things KNIME are stored in XML files we thought we might as well import them and search for a specific term. I constructed this scenario. I have my XML search meta workflow and a workflow in a subfolder (you might use any folder you like). I want to know where someone used the term “cryptic_xy_name” somewhere in the folder/workflow.
